Tiki Twist: The Painless Killer

Whether you're sipping poolside, beach side, grill side, aboard a 50' yacht, or in your sweltering apartment, nothing quite quenches that summer thirst like a tropical cocktail.

When it comes time for Tiki sippin', I love a good Painkiller - a classic made with rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut and a generous grating of nutmeg on top. Think un-frozen Pina Colada with a kick!

Like most Tiki drinks, the painkiller packs in the flavor with calories and sugar, but I don't like my summer days with a side of hangover and bloating, so I've mixed up a super refreshing and delicious alternative...

The Painless Killer

1.5 oz Orange Spice ParTea rum
3 oz coconut water
1 oz pineapple juice

Serve over ice, preferably in a Tiki glass

A classic painkiller comes in at a whopping 211 calories and 39g of sugar, and that's before the rum! But sub out for the Painless Killer, and you're only looking at 34 calories and 8g sugar. - that's the calories and sugar of 1/2 an apple!

With all the fruity and smooth flavors of pineapple, orange, and coconut, plus the warming nutmeg included right in the Orange Spice infuser, this cocktail twist is simple, light, and ready to ParTea.

Now go throw on your favorite beach wear, whip up a Painless Killer, and feel damn good about it.
