Spiced Old Fashioned

Muddle 1 sugar cube with 4-5 dashes bitter
Add 2.5 oz. Orange Spice ParTea Whiskey
Fill glass with ice and garnish with orange slice

0.5 oz. Peach schnapps
1.5 oz. Cranberry juice
1.5 oz. Orange Juice

3 oz. Dry red or white wine (we love Malbec or Pino Grigio)
3 oz. Cranberry juice

2 oz. Orange Spice ParTea Tequila
3/4 oz. Agave
1 oz. Fresh lime juice (juice of one whole lime)

1/2 oz. Simple or honey syrup

Muddle 1 tsp sugar and 4-5 dashes of Angostura Bitters until sugar is dissolved.
Add 2 oz. Ginger Whiskey

Berry Mojito

1.5 oz. Wild Berry Rum
10 Spearmint leaves, torn
1 oz. Simple syrup
Shake vigourously with ice, and strain over fresh ice
Garnish with mint sprig

1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
Pour into champagne glass and top with sparkling wine
